Barry M has always been one of my favourite nail polish brands on the High Street and in general because they have a huge range of shades, the formulation is almost always spot on and the products are cheap as chips. My aunt used to work for Barry M and would always bring me shedloads of nail polishes and eyeliners when I was younger so I have very fond memories of the brand. Recently, they launched their Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paints which have a super shiny 'gel-like' finish to them so I picked up the lilac one from Boots to give it a try.
Super shiny finish? Hell to the yes.
You can't really tell in the photo but the nail polish had a nice finish to it and only took two coats to get an even and opaque finish. The Gelly Hi-Shine range is only made up of about 6 shades so it isn't as impressive in the core colours scheme but I'm hoping they have plans to launch more colours and glitter polishes in the same finish.
The Gelly Hi-Shine Nail paints are available from Boots and Superdrug stores nationwide so next time you're near one, make sure you have a look. You definitely won't regret it!
Until next time...
Keep swivelling those hips in your

I have to say, I really do like the Barry M Gel polishes! This lavender looks great!
